Little Bay, New South Wales, Australia, 2021

Despite the fact Little Bay in Sydney’s East is becoming more popular, it still feels like a hidden gem, where you can wander around its cliffs with barely anyone else in sight. It’s also one of the few places in Sydney where you can look north and see no signs of modern civilisation – this is pretty much how the land would have looked to the Indigenous people of Sydney for thousands of years. Watching the powerful waves break near the cliffs is completely mesmerising – I especially love the way they generate a fine mist of sea spray that catches the light.

My images are printed on beautiful archival pure pigment cotton rag paper by the same master printer who produced my exhibitions at the Museum of Sydney. If you decide you’d like your print framed, it will be done by an equally skilled framer in a lovely raw Tasmanian Oak.
