UNFRAMED prints – timeline

Stage 1: Your print is custom made at my printer’s, then signed by me, before being sent – this takes up to 10 days.

Stage 2: Your print is shipped to you.

• Within Australia: 5-7 business days (up to 10 days for rural areas)
• International: 10-14 business days

If you need your print to get there ASAP, please select Express Shipping at checkout.

FRAMED prints – timeline

Stage 1: Your print is custom made at my printer’s, then signed by me, before being sent – this takes up to 10 days.

Stage 2: Your print is sent to my framer’s – this takes up to 14 days.

Stage 3: Your framed print is shipped to you.

• Within Australia: 5-7 business days
• International: 10-14 business days

You will need to sign for delivery. If you can’t, please arrange for re-delivery with the courier.

Packaging and transport

• Unframed prints are carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube and sent via Australia Post.
• Framed prints are safely packaged in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging and sent via courier.

Confirmation and tracking

You’ll receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your print is shipped, you’ll also get an email with a tracking number.
